I guess I was so excited about the spinach lasagna I was making, that I forgot one very important step:  Press excess water from cottage and ricotta cheeses before adding them!  

Lesson learned the hard way, and we had a very delicious pile of runny lasagna that had to be eaten in a bowl.  And we have enough to last us for about 3 or 4 more nights.  Dammit.

If you placed it in the oven on a very low heat for a bit it might get rid of the extra moisture.
